Furthermore, our staff are qualified to care for your loved one. Staff must pass a background check and train a minimum of 16 hours on the floor. Each staff member has been trained in: Assistance with Oral Medications, CPR/First Aid, Infection Control, Personal Care Assistance, Behavior Management, Emergency Preparedness, Fire & Life Safety, and Facility Maintenance.
